Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Item must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Change of Mind
We offer returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns:
- Must meet the eligibility conditions above
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping costs are not refundable
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
Faulty or Incorrect Items (Australian Consumer Law)
Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product:
- Has a major fault
- Is not as described
- Is not fit for its intended purpose
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with photos and your order number. We will cover reasonable return shipping costs for approved claims.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Underwear, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or colour (subject to availability). If you need an exchange, contact us at hello@runnergadesrepublic.com . Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
How to Return an Item

2. Wait for return approval and instructions
3. Send the item to the provided return address
4. Keep your tracking number as proof of postage
