Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, packed, or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Estimated delivery times:

- Standard Shipping (Australia): 3–8 business days

- Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

- International Shipping: 7–21 business days (if offered)

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on Australian orders over $70.

Shipping Carriers

We use reputable carriers such as Australia Post / Sendle / Couriers Please / DHL depending on destination and service selected.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery progress.

Delivery Issues

Runnergades Republic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather events, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

International Orders (if applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@runnergadesrepublic.com . We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to AUS,USA,UK,NZ,EU. We do not ship to PO Boxes / Parcel Lockers.
